At Karvaan Clothing, we want you to love every piece you wear. However, if your order doesn’t fit perfectly or arrives with an issue, we’re here to help. Please review our Exchange & Return Policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Exchange/Return Policy
If you face any size issues (for example, the item doesn’t fit as expected), you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please share a clear photo of the product within a few hours of receiving it, showing the issue.
Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or exchange promptly.
Eligibility for Exchange/Return
To qualify for an exchange or return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
All tags and labels must be intact.
No perfume, mist, ittar, or any scent should be applied to the garment.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Customers must provide a photo of the item clearly showing its condition.
Reasons Accepted for Exchange/Return
We accept exchange or return requests for the following reasons:
Wrong item or size delivered.
Manufacturing defects (e.g., torn fabric, faulty stitching, printing error).
Size-related issues.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange/Return
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
Customized or altered pieces.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items with any applied fragrance (perfume, mist, or ittar).
Exchange/Return Process
1. Request Submission
Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 310 3000547) with your order details and item photos to initiate your request.
2. Approval
Once approved, you will receive the return address where you can send your parcel through any courier service (TCS, Leopards, PostEx, or Pakistan Post).
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for sending the item(s) back at their own cost.
If the issue was caused by us (wrong item, defect, or damage), Karvaan Clothing will cover the delivery charges.
4. Inspection & Processing
Our Quality Control team will inspect the returned item upon arrival.
If it meets our return criteria, an exchange or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
If approved, refunds will be issued via:

JazzCash / Easypaisa
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
