Delivery & Shipping Policy
At Karvaan Clothing, we take pride in ensuring that every order reaches you swiftly, safely, and in perfect condition. Our goal is to provide a seamless delivery experience from the moment you place your order to the time your stylish Karvaan pieces arrive at your doorstep.
Delivery Timeline
We partner with Trax Courier Service to deliver orders across Pakistan efficiently.
Estimated delivery times vary by region:
Karachi & Hyderabad: 2 business days
Interior Sindh: 2 – 4 business days
Punjab (Major Cities): 3 – 5 business days
Interior Punjab: 4 – 6 business days
KPK & Gilgit: 5 – 7 business days
While we strive to deliver within these timeframes, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays). In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks.
If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, please contact us so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status directly through Trax Courier’s tracking portal.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders exceeding PKR 10,000, we require a partial or full advance payment prior to dispatch.

Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect information or unavailability, a re-delivery attempt will be made. The customer will be responsible for the delivery charges of the second dispatch.
