Return Your Order Within 7 Days
If you’ve received your order but find the sizing is off or print quality isn’t up to satisfaction, just contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our responsive team is reachable via WhatsApp, email (admin@karvaan.pk) or Instagram DM to start your return. Kindly explain your reason for return and repack the item securely before dispatch.
Tracking and Receiving Returns
Once we get notification of your return, our admin team will share a tracking link so you can view updates on its transit progress. Upon arrival at our facility, our quality experts will thoroughly inspect the item(s), verify stated issues and process replacements or refunds based on the eligibility criteria.
